Chemsol Chemtite
Chemsol Chemtite is a two-component epoxy adhesive that cures at room temperature, providing excellent bonding strength across a wide range of substrates. It offers superior adhesion, durability, and versatility for both residential and industrial applications.

Method of Application
1. Surface Preparation
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and in sound condition.
- Remove all dirt, grease, and loose particles. Wash the surface thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry completely.
2. Coating
- Mix the two components thoroughly in the resin-to-hardener ratio of 1:1.
- Apply one uniform coat of Chemtite ES evenly over the contact surface.
- Secure the joint in a fixed position immediately after application to ensure proper bonding.
Precautions and Limitations
- Do not dilute Chemtite ES with water or any other solvent.
- Keep material tightly closed when not in use.
- Clean tools and remove excess adhesive immediately, as cured material is difficult to remove.

Storage
Chemsol Chemtite ES shall be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
Shelf Life
12 months from the date of manufacturing if unopened and stored properly.
Health and Safety
- Wash skin with soap and water after contact.
- In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and consult a physician if irritation persists.
- If ingested, seek medical attention immediately.
