Chemsol Chem Hack
Chemsol Chem Hack is a polymer-based bonding agent designed to create a strong adhesion between plaster, gypsum, and concrete. It is easy to apply using a roller or brush, offering superior bonding strength and eco-friendly performance.

Method of Application
1. Surface Preparation
- Surface should be clean, dry, and in sound condition.
- Remove all dirt, grease, and loose particles. Wash the surface thoroughly with clean water.
- The surface should be moist prior to coating application.
2. New Surfaces
- The newly constructed surfaces shall be completely cured before coating application.
3. Coating
- Mix the bucket contents thoroughly before use.
- Apply one coat of Chem Hack on the moist surface using a clean roller or brush. It can also be applied via spray application.
- Once the coating becomes tacky, apply a light coat, dash coat, or chhat of cement mortar.
- Plaster the surface normally once the initial coat is set.
- For gypsum application, follow a similar process when the coating reaches a tacky condition.
Precautions and Limitations
- Do not dilute Chem Hack with water for coating application.
- Keep the material closed when not in use.
- Ensure the surface is moist before applying the coating.

- Wash skin with soap and water after contact.
- In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and consult a physician if irritation persists.
