Chemsol Bonded is a polymer-based bonding agent formulated to create a strong adhesion between plaster, gypsum, and concrete surfaces. Its unique formula with fillers and fine aggregates enhances both mechanical and chemical bonding strength. The product is easy to apply using a roller or brush and is environmentally friendly.

Method of Application
1. Surface Preparation
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and in sound condition.
- All dirt, grease, and loose particles should be removed from the surface before application.
2. New Surfaces
- The newly constructed surfaces shall be completely cured before coating application.
3. Coating
- Mix the contents of the bucket thoroughly before use.
- Apply one uniform coat of Chemsol Bonded on the surface using a clean roller or brush.
- Allow the coat to air cure for at least 24 hours.
- Plaster or gypsum application can then be carried out on the prepared surface.
Precautions and Limitations
- Do not dilute Chemsol Bonded with water for coating application.
- Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.

Theoretical Coverage

Chemsol Bonded shall be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
Shelf Life
12 months from the date of manufacturing if unopened and stored properly.

- In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and consult a physician if irritation persists.
- If ingested, consult a doctor immediately.
